Wolverhampton Wanderers 2024-25 Season Review
Our loyal supporters reflect on the campaign with one game remaining. The highs, the lows, and the moments that brought a weary smile to our faces.
This season followed the familiar pattern — an endless cycle of near glory. Injuries and reckless red cards undermined our efforts. Despite setbacks, some moments stood tall. Wolverhampton showed resilience and grit, especially during a remarkable Champions League run.
The old saying holds true — hope can be a cruel mistress. Even this seasoned observer believed, at one point, that silverware was within reach. But the fickle game reminds us that character matters. This campaign, we trust in our structure and resolve rather than flash. We judge players by their guts, not their flashiness.
Still, an overall score of 8 out of 10 feels fair. The team has shown loyalty, toughness, and a willingness to fight. A season with plenty to learn from, and just enough to make us look twice.
