Palace push to move Leeds clash as cup prep looms

Crystal Palace have asked the Premier League to move their fixture at Leeds from Sunday 21 December.

Palace want it moved to Saturday 20 December.

This would give Palace more time, therefore, to prepare for the rescheduled Carabao Cup quarter final against Arsenal.

Mikel Arteta revealed Arsenal had asked to move their Everton game to Saturday 20 December.

The EFL pushed back the last eight tie at the Emirates to two days before Christmas.

Palace and Arsenal must wait for Premier League guidance.

Meanwhile, the FA charged a club over a Marinakis banner.
